This digital health assessment gives your members real-time information upon completion, and allows us to provide you with an overview of your organization’s current health status.
With our online Wellness Workshops, individuals can select to enroll in prescriptive, self-paced, customizable programs that educate and empower them to take control of their health and wellness. The ability to deliver behavioral change programs and monitor compliance and efficacy is critical to any wellness offering. Participants can select to enroll in a Wellness Workshop of their choice, or a Health Coach can enroll them based on their Risk Score and personal needs. Either way, this tool provides insight that helps participants adopt healthy behaviors.
To prescribe a custom exercise program, we must understand each participant’s starting point. Our team of specialists will put each member through a series of movement evaluations that will serve as the benchmark for their custom workout program. The screening identifies previous injuries, physical limitations, and strengths and allows us to deliver customized Advantage Workout programs to progressively move them toward improving balance, strength, flexibility, and overall wellness. Most importantly, it allows us to give each member a blueprint to reach their fitness goals.
