We then deliver to each member a custom workout program via our AdvantageWorkout® app. This tool makes it easy for members to exercise anywhere by delivering a mobile workout program.
We know that 80% of success in achieving health depends on diet. Our nutritionists write science-based plans to help members develop healthy eating habits they can live with. Many “ah ha” moments happen when individuals first understand what they are eating and how it impacts their health. We don’t prescribe diets–we work with each individual to create an eating plan that matches their tastes and lifestyle.
Simply stated, some members require more support than others to develop healthy habits. Our Health Coaches take this into account when setting custom goals and establishing accountability with each individual. Our certified health coaches create personal relationships with participants and keep record of their progress to establish meaningful dialogue, provide motivation, and establish healthy skills.
